Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FlyDeck website (flydesktravel.com) and any fare quote, booking, or ticketing service provided by FlyDeck Travel Inc. ("FlyDeck", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site or requesting a quote from us, you agree to these Terms. This is a template document prepared for review purposes — please have it reviewed by a qualified travel-industry lawyer before publishing it live, especially the sections on liability and refunds.

1. Who We Are

FlyDeck is a North American retail travel agency. We source airfares through negotiated agreements with airlines and trusted travel partners, primarily for travel between the USA, Canada, and India. We are an intermediary between you and the airline(s) operating your flight; we do not operate aircraft ourselves.

2. Fare Quotes Are Not Guaranteed Until Ticketed

Prices displayed on this website (including on the Home, Deals, and Flight Search Results pages) are indicative "starting from" fares based on recent fare pricing from our airline and travel partners. They are provided for illustration and marketing purposes and are:

A fare is only guaranteed once it has been confirmed in writing by a FlyDeck agent, payment has been received in full, and the ticket has been issued by the airline.

3. Booking & Ticket Issuance Process

  1. You submit a search, deal inquiry, or quote request through this website, by phone, or by email.
  2. A FlyDeck agent confirms live availability and pricing with the applicable airline or travel partner and sends you a written quote.
  3. You approve the quote and provide complete passenger details exactly as they appear on government-issued travel documents.
  4. Payment is collected securely. Once payment clears, FlyDeck issues the ticket through the applicable airline or travel partner and sends you an e-ticket and itinerary by email.

It is your responsibility to review your itinerary, passenger names, and travel dates immediately upon receipt and to notify us of any discrepancy right away, as airline correction fees may apply.

4. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as advertised at checkout or by our agents. Full payment is generally required before a ticket is issued. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canada-originating bookings and US dollars (USD) for USA-originating bookings, unless stated otherwise.

5. Changes & Cancellation Policy

Once a ticket is issued, changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules of the operating airline and/or the specific fare purchased, which are disclosed to you (or made available on request) prior to ticket issuance. In addition to any airline-imposed change or cancellation fee, FlyDeck may charge a service fee for processing changes, refunds, or cancellations. Some fares are fully non-refundable and non-changeable — this will be clearly noted in your quote.

6. Baggage & Travel Documents

Baggage allowances are set by the operating airline and vary by fare class and route. It is your responsibility to ensure you hold valid passports, visas, OCI cards, and any other travel documents required for your itinerary. FlyDeck can provide general guidance but is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to incomplete travel documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlyDeck acts as an agent for disclosed airline and travel supplier principals and is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or service failures of any airline, ground handler, or other third-party supplier. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlyDeck's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the service fee paid to FlyDeck for the booking in question.

8. Use of This Website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by attempting to scrape fare data for commercial resale, submitting false information through our forms, or attempting to disrupt the site's operation. Content on this site, including text, graphics, and the FlyDeck name and logo, is the property of FlyDeck Travel Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
